Hello all,
I work at a very small nonprofit in Seattle (3 staff, two of us are part time--this includes the ED). There's been lots of staff turnover in recent years and file organization has suffered. This is especially true for files that track our grant progress.
I'm looking for a good grant/project management software to help us stay on top of applications and track which grants are worth applying for, our progress towards submitting an application, what reporting requirements we have, and when our applications have been awarded or denied. I've heard of a few different platforms like Instrumentl and Instil, as well as general project management softwares like Asana and Monday. What do you all like? Keep in mind we're a small team with a limited budget. We're also not looking for a system that doubles as a donor database, as we already have one of those.
Thanks!
I hope folks here have good suggestions, but if not, the Nonprofit Association of Washington would be a good resource for you.
