Dear Paul
Thanks for the insight and I agree. I have seen people talk about this but in a different source. It seems to have faded though. I am also someone who thinks that museums should be supported in a way that reflects how they are trusted by the public.
Thanks again,
Rachel

Subject: What is the most interesting or best thing that has happened to you at a museum conference/ meeting?
Dear Ms Alschuler et al:
For me, the best things have resulted from my presenting at museum conferences regarding my concerns about poor working conditions in the museum field based on the 2 blogs linked below.
Since beginning to blog about poor working conditions in our industry staring in 2012, it is a productive way of drawing attention to the lack of any ACTION by professional museum organisations to start addressing the huge stress elephant living in every museum work space.
Respectfully yours
Paul C. Thistle

Dear All
What is the most interesting or best thing that has happened to you at a museum conference/ meeting? I starting going to meetings/ conferences in 2022 and I made two friends that I am still in contact with. I look forward to all responses.
Thanks,
Rachel
