  • 1.  Scope of work for a historian

    Posted 07-13-2023 10:22 AM

    Hello everyone

My museum is looking to hire a historian to dive into the history and use of our building.  We are a science museum located in a historic train station.  We are looking to hire an expert to take a deep dive into the stories of the train station and the people who used it (not the history of the Museum) to inform future interpretation opportunities.  To do this, we need to develop a scope of work for the historian search and I'm looking for examples to help me develop this.   Does anyone have examples they could share or who would be willing to chat about this project?  Thank you in advance!

    Timshel

    Hi, Timshel!

I sent you a private message a while ago, not sure if you saw it. Do you have a preferred method of communication? Email, LinkedIn, phone call? I would love to chat about this project when you have the time.
