I am looking for recommendations for a compensation and benefits benchmarking company.  We are looking for comparable data across the organization for all positions (not just executive and management).

Hi Connie,

This isn't a company per se, but both AAMD and AAM have had pretty extensive salary surveys over the years, covering all museums positions. Sadly AAM's last was in 2017, they had a very high sample size. AAMD has stayed current with theirs, but has fewer participants. I did a thorough analysis in 2017 and found AAM's number 2% higher than AAMD's.  So you could take AAMD's survey and add 2% as a starting point. I hope that helps you.
