Hi there! I'm looking for an example of a form that can be used to transfer the care of an object that is owned by an organization to another branch of that same organization. To my understanding, a formal deaccession does not need to occur, as the object will still be owned by the same entity, just cared for by a different department.
Does anyone have a form they use to record this transfer?
