My Name is Anthony Lofaso.My membership card number is #366503 which expires in August 2024. I have been a member of The American Alliance of Museums (AAM) for a number of years. My background is in teaching. I am a retired. I was the director of Safety and Training for a large organization in New York City. AAM cashed my check for fifty dollars on July 7th 2024 for my memebership. To date I have not received my membership card. I have tried to reach AAM online but was told my password was incorrect. When I requested a new password, no message to reset was sent to me. I sent an email to customer service. To date no replay has been received. I left telephone messages, but no one has returned the call. Each year it has been difficult getting my card.
I am asking can this simple matter please be straightened out. Because of the problems with the online mix up of my password I would prefer a telephone call to speak with a live person from customer service so the problem can be corrected for good. Or please simply mail me my card. I do not prefer digital cards.
