The Smithsonian's National Museum of Natural History is in the early stages of developing an exhibition/multi-media immersive experience focusing on people and the climate and biodiversity crises. Our target audience is youth 13-18 years old.

Right now, the development team is searching for and reviewing any research, visitor studies, and/or evaluations that look at how to best frame and address these issues with this audience. We plan to convene a youth advisory council, as well as conduct front-end and formative evaluation throughout the development of the experience.

If you know of any organization already doing this research or compiling such a lit review, we would appreciate any recommendations or guidance to make contact with them -- or if you have any research or lit review that you can recommend or share.
