We started using Fare Harbor (
FareHarbor: Booking software and services for tours and activities) this year and are really happy with it. It was recommended to us by our colleagues at the Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy, who use it for their programming. The caveat is that you have to offer some fee-based programs (we offer 100 free school tours a year, the rest of our programs are fee-based).
