Management Webinar Series - June 2019

05-17-2019 03:11 PM

Join us this June for a series of three webinars that will restructure and rethink how we consider the topic of management. By focusing on NavigationEnvironment and Advancement, the webinars will break with the traditional hierarchical and vertical manner in which conversations around management are typically approached. Each program will present dialogues relevant to all career stages, and will consider ways in which the topic can impact sense of self, well-being, and personal success.

The first webinar in the series, Navigation, will consider different management styles, and how to identify and develop one’s personal management identity.  The next installment focuses on Environment investigating workplace cultures and structures, as well as how the ways personal and organizational success are impacted by how we manage and are managed. The final webinar will examine Advancement through discussing the use of self-promotion and value recognition.
