SANTA FE, NEW MEXICO—Covid-19 may permanently restructure the American museum community through fundamental disruptions
to financial support and through short and long-term changes to the relationship between museums and the public they serve.
The Center for Contemporary Arts Santa Fe (CCA) in Santa Fe, New Mexico is proud to sponsor three distinguished national museum
leaders, Dan Monroe, retired Rose-Marie and Eijk van Otterloo Director and CEO of the Peabody Essex Museum, Kaywin Feldman,
Director and CEO of the National Gallery in Washington, D.C., and Matthrew Teitelbaum, the Anne and Graham Gund Director and
CEO of the Boston Museum of Fine Arts. Panelists will discuss immediate and longer-term challenges associated with Covid-19 that
may restructure the financial and programmatic underpinnings of American museums in both negative and potentially positive ways.
After discussing challenges, the panelists will answer select questions from participants. This free online discussion will be held at 2 pm.
on May 28th via Zoom. Participants may register via Zoom here: https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_P3pAR7cbSOuTZZ8GoSXPxw
