Hello!

I am looking for recommendations on where to source blazers for our Museum Security Department. We are looking to replace old polyester blazers with new more comfortable options. Ideally, the blazers would be black, made of natural materials (cotton, linen, wool, or a blend of these), and have sufficient pockets to carry a radio and small notebook.

Any and all recommendations are welcome.

Thank you!

Hi Joe,

Two options to consider are Land’s End (pricey but very nice; used by some of the Harvard museums) and Cintas (not as nice but cheaper).

Kind regards,

Joe,

Not too sure where to recommend for blazers... Our museum security department has the option to wear a core soft shell jacket (for indoors/outdoors). It’s comfy, black, and has big internal pockets and two external pockets with zippers.

Wish I could help more, but I wish you luck on your search!
