Choosing the best enrolment CRM for higher education institutions can feel overwhelming, but focusing on proven, globally used options with strong user ratings can ease the decision. Here are some top picks:

- Salesforce Education Cloud: Renowned for its scalability and seamless integrations, perfect for large institutions with complex needs.
- Slate by Technolutions : A go-to for admissions-focused features and an intuitive interface that simplifies enrolment workflows.
- HubSpot: Excels in marketing automation, boosting student recruitment with its user-friendly tools.
- Zoho CRM: Offers flexibility and affordability, ideal for institutions seeking cost-effective solutions.
- Krayin Education CRM: Tailored specifically for education, it supports enrolment and student management with specialised features.

Each shines in its own way—whether it’s budget, scale, or specific tools you need. Request demos to find the one that fits your institution best!

If you know of any other CRM that is a great fit for the enrolment process and other needs of the education industry,

please share — I’d love to hear from you!

Hi Elisha! I think you have a good list here. Salesforce is definitely a commonly used system that we come across in higher ed. That said, we have done a handful of implementations for institutions who want to use HubSpot, as it has the best marketing automation features (as you mentioned).

Oftentimes the conversations about HubSpot for higher ed starts with marketing to for recruitment purposes, but it's important to note that your CRM and where that source of truth is matters. We often are helping folks see that HubSpot can be that source of truth, but there is usually some fear in integration with SIS systems or other tools that are part of the fold. Usually is helpful to make a technology map, identify how you'd like data to flow, where what tools are redundant, and then make a plan from there. Most tools fail due to poor implementation and planning, rather than from lack of features!
