Hi! I'm an independent research consultant helping a museum and cultural heritage site client amp up their visitor survey questions to gain more value from this familiar research touchpoint. 

  • What are your favorite/most valuable visitor survey questions beyond the typical satisfaction assessments? 

  • What questions have proven to add the most value in your efforts to better understand your visitors — who they are / what they care about / what motivated them to visit / questions that encourage reflection of experience.

I suggest a better resource for you would be the AAM Committee onAudience Research and Evaluation (CARE) or independent Visitor Studies Association. Both have excellent resources, workshops and mentors.
