Hello Colleagues,
I am recruiting four volunteers to join a Task Force tasked with developing a Toolkit for the AAM on Establishing Museum-Healthcare Partnerships to be published in fall 2025.
A team from diverse cultural settings is desired (e.g., zoo, botanic garden, aquarium, science center, art museum, historic house).
If you, or anyone you know, meet the following criteria, please contact me by October 21st:
- · Experience establishing long term partnerships with, but not limited to, the following: medical school, hospital, community clinic, behavioral health center, continuum of care community (i.e., independent living-memory care), community agency, behavioral health center, etc.
- · Experience developing sustained programming with healthcare entities
- · Demonstrate strong writing skills
- · Meet deadlines
- · Work collaboratively with team members
Our first virtual meeting will be the last week of October 2024, during which time we will review and strongly edit a draft of the table of contents. Work assignments will be made and check in points set.
