Hi everyone, I work in Events & Visitor Experience and our museum is gearing up for a new exhibition in 2025 that could possibly quadruple our daily attendance, and will require timed ticketing. In preparation, we are exploring options for a more robust ticketing system. We currently use Eventbrite for museum tickets and Raiser's Edge NXT (also our donor CRM) for event tickets. I would love to hear what software you are all using to sell tickets online and in person, and what you have found to be some of the pros and cons of those systems.
