 Curator-Led Tour/Discussion Fee

Hello, I work as a Museum Educator, Volunteers and Group Tours. We often have groups request a Curator-Led talk or tour. Do you charge for curator-led tours/talks? If so, how much? We are in Kansas City, MO. Typically, our volunteer docents give tours, but occasionally I will get a request for one of our two curators. I would love your input! Thanks.

The automotive museum where I’m a docent, Revs Institute, has a $20/$15 general admission (“self-guided” tour). Docent-led guided tours are another $10 on top of that. The tours range from a general two-hour tour to one-hour specialty topic tours, and are limited to 10 persons.
