BPOC hosted the Inclusive Design in Cultural Heritage: Embracing Sensory Processing and Neurodiversity webinar as part of our Dreaming of AI series on April 8th, where we heard Dr. Piper Hutson present on the importance of neuroinclusion in museums and other cultural institutions, with a focus on the potential of AI to create more personalized and immersive experiences for neurodiverse individuals. Dr. Hutson also explained the benefits of sensory maps, live captioning, and the integration of AI, AR, and VR in education while addressing potential privacy concerns and the need for partnerships with universities.
