    Hello everyone! I know that I have seen many creative names for Front Desk Receptionists or Associates and floor staff and was wondering if you could tell me yours? What does your organization call your awesome front desk humans? What do you call your engaging floor staff?

    Hi Shenna,

    We call ours Guest Services Ambassadors. It covers our staff who work on the floor, exhibitions, and the admissions desk.
