Culture Shift is a dedicated, small group space for museum leaders who are committed to the real work of changing organizational culture. Over eight 90-minute virtual sessions we will discuss both theory and practical tips for meaningful change. Each participant will be asked to conduct an internal assessment of their museum's culture, and to design, implement, and evaluate strategies for shifting the needle and making lasting change.

I am a former museum director and current consultant who has spent the last year studying organizational culture approaches and tools from a wide variety of sources, to bring into the museum world. I have led cohorts to successfully discuss and make change in a wide range of areas, from management strategies to family engagement to school/museum partnerships. I am excited to bring my expertise in facilitating generative, deep, and engaging change-making work to the thorny issue of internal culture in museums.
