I'm fairly new (less than two months) at a site that still uses a time clock and paper cards for hourly team members. I want to try to convince our finance department to get rid of them. Our parent organization is in a different city and normally I just email photocopies of their time cards to the finance department. Payroll is done by the director of finance. We don't have an online system for that either (ie Paylocity, etc).
Has anyone done this? What have you used?
