I'm looking for recommendations on ticketing systems that other museums are using.
We're currently using Versai, but we're exploring other options that may better fit our needs. Ideally, we're looking for a system that includes:
- Online and in-person ticket sales
- Gift shop point-of-sale and inventory management
- Museum rental and event management
- Membership management
- Donor tracking and fundraising
- Reporting and analytics
- Customer/visitor database (CRM)
If you've transitioned from Versai or have experience with another platform that you would recommend (or avoid), I'd love to hear your thoughts. What system are you using, and what do you like or dislike about it?
