The Kashmir Museum seeks a highly skilled exhibit designer or a streamlined design-build team to lead the creative development and fabrication of our inaugural permanent galleries. We are a small non-profit located in a 100-year-old Gothic Revival style church (listed on the National Register of Historic Places) in downtown Niagara Falls, NY.
We seek a partner with low overhead and high creative impact. Someone who prioritizes narrative depth and modern design ideology over traditional storytelling.
Space: Approximately 8,000 sq. ft. of display area
Collection: Extensive archives of rare books, artifacts, and fine artwork
The Goal: To translate the complex, rich history and culture of Kashmir into a world-class visitor experience. We want to blend the Gothic Revival setting with modern, immersive exhibit design.
Budget: $1.2M – $1.5M (Total for Design & Fabrication).
