I am pleased to share the link to my report on Freedom of Artistic Expression in Academic Art Museums and Galleries, the result of interviews and a survey of curators, directors, and other professional museum staff in the United States over the course of the past year, on behalf of the University of California National Center for Free Speech and Civic Engagement. Many thanks to the Association of Academic Museums and Galleries for their help! Please get in touch if you are interested in discussing my findings. I am also happy to come to your museum and lead discussions regarding current curatorial challenges and best practices for strengthening freedom of artistic expression.
