The biggest issue I've run in to is that it's hard to find things in Tall sizes. Speaking personally, I can't wear normal length shirts and have had team members in the past who were in the same boat. Going up a size doesn't fix this issue either (that's usually the answer I get when I ask for a tall), all is does is make it more ill fitting and still too short.
This is a big part of why we went with large engraved badges that say Security on them for all the guards along with a basic dress code that doesn't really require them to purchase any specific clothes. We had talked about a stricter dress code but found it would put a lot of economic stress on folks. So we embrace it as a form of self-expression with their badges readily displayed.

Subject: Size Inclusive Museum Uniforms
Hey there! Curious what anyone else may have found in regards to TRUELY size inclusive uniform brands? Last place I worked, we used Land's End and it was decent, but not amazing....suggestions welcome! I found a few other possible companies, but they for sure cater to industries like medical/nursing or cleaning uniforms.
Thanks!
