We do a combination of a self-assessment and supervisors assessment for each staff. For me, as Executive Director, I do something similar to Wendy's process. At each performance review, I also set goals for the next year against which I measure myself in a self-assessment. In addition, each trustee completes an evaluation of my performance and the president of the board interviews staff members for their feedback.
