Galveston Historical Foundation (GHF), in coordination with civic leadership and foundational support, invites qualified firms or teams to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for master planning services to establish a national Juneteenth center in Galveston, Texas. This center will serve as the definitive destination and focal point for education, reflection, and celebration, honoring Galveston's legacy as the birthplace of Juneteenth.
