Our museum is housed within and collaborates with a performing arts center. This collaboration allows us the ability to reward our volunteer docents with two vouchers for every [number] of hours that they can in turn exchange for upcoming concert tickets. In addition to that, there are total sum volunteer hours recognition tiers that are rewarded with things like lapel pins and announcements, working up to a public-facing Lifetime Achievement digital display.
