Good afternoon All,

I would like to gather some information on the current retirement match at your Museum or Non Profit. We are currently matching 3% and I just wanted to see if we were in line with most Museums.

We match $.50 for every dollar the employee puts in up to  6% of the total annual salary.  So if an employee makes $40,000 and invests 6% ($2,400) we would match ($1,200).

I'd love to have a copy too, if possible. Our organization puts in $.50/dollar to maximum of 20% of salary.  Thanks. Beth Twiss Houting
