  • 1.  Question about Western Museums Association conference.

    Dear All

    I am thinking of going to the Western Museums Association meeting /conference in the fall. The program looks intriguing and I am wondering if any of you have been and weather I should go. I look forward to all advice.

    Hi Rachel, I can't recommend WMA's conference enough! It's large with diverse perspectives, but not overwhelming like AAM. People are super welcoming and everyone is genuinely invested in making the community better. I would also recommend attending the bonus evenings and the pre conference trips. Do it all, you'll come back to work charged up with fresh ideas and new colleagues to call upon when you get in a jam.
