Dear Rayanna
Thanks, that sounds like a good idea. Both when comes to people in the community seeing the connection to health and wellbeing as well as that reading is fun.

When I worked for historic house museums I always wanted to host health/wellness programs. I wanted to collaborate with local chefs to present cooking classes, offer yoga, host a 5K, and connect the community to health resources.
I also wanted to host a book festival, similar to the Texas Book Festival in Austin.
https://texasbookfestival.org/ I lived in an area with educational/socio-economic challenges so I thought a "make reading fun" event would help with some of those issues.
I now work in field services for a state agency. I didn't have the chance to execute before I changed jobs.

Dear All
What would you do if you got a chance to do a project you have always wanted to do in your museum or any museum? I look forward to what the responses are. I think this question asks us all to take a chance and that can be a good thing.
Thanks,
Rachel
