Curious if anyone has used a program or outside website for sharing your past exhibitions. We are building a new website that we share with all of the college departments and it may limit the number of pages we can have on our own site and the number of images. We use Issuu to share our online brochures, embedding them into our web pages. We will use Kiosk to connect to our collection. Any resources for something like this that would be appropriate and searchable for Past Exhibitions?  How about for images? I have perused Flickr but am not sure what is out there.

    Hi Jamie,
We have a solution for you here at Artwork Archive! Museums and academic institutions use our database to bring their past (and current) exhibitions online. It's easy to sync them to your website so that the archive is discoverable and researchable.

Your neighbor down the street, the Winter Park Paint Out hosted by the Polasek Museum, uses our platform. I'm happy to make an introduction.

Here's an example from the University Art Museum at NMSU: https://uam.nmsu.edu/exhibitions/exhibition-pages/contemporaryexvoto/contemporary-ex-votos-devotion-beyond-medium.html (they use Matterport for walkthroughs of the exhibitions)

Here is a beautiful exhibit from Arts New Orleans: https://www.artsneworleans.org/collection/art-of-the-black-experience/

The Berman Museum of Art at Ursinus just digitized its Francoise Gilot collection and brought it online. https://www.ursinus.edu/berman/collections/franoise-gilot-collection/pushing-the-envelope-1965-to-1990/

Our clients also have a public portal connected to their Artwork Archive account. We call it the Public Profile and it boosts discoverability and engagement. Here are some more exhibition archives:

I'm happy to connect if you're interested!

You could certainly consider Omeka (https://omeka.org/) or Omeka.net if you were looking for something even easier to get off the ground. There are already many users at Rollins College.
