    Decolonization Keeps Me Awake at Night

    Colonial systems and colonial harm are not just something of the past; they are active forces in our lives and institutions today. Decolonization is a complex movement that addresses the colonial patterns systemically embedded within our organizational structure, language, policies, culture, and practices. What does implementing decolonization entail? What distinguishes decolonization from indigenizing? Who is accountable?
