Hi all,
I have worked for 12 yrs. in the academic field of Interpretation, followed by - so far - 20 yrs. of running my own company.
Though I worked in various sites during the beginning of my career, I never acted as a director or in a similar position, thus, what unfortunately I was not able to experience so far, is a fully conducted process, from planning, to doing, to evaluating, to improving - and to be honest, I wonder whether there is.
I am very curious if there is anybody out there who knows of an example for the whole process and who would be able (data availabilty and security) and willing to share the it. I am not talking about general interpretive documents, but about e. g. a concrete exhibition, guided tour, or else that was planned, implemented, evaluated and improved.
There is so much talk and exchange about the indiviual parts of this overall process and I know that there are modells out there describing the whole process, but to be honest, I never saw this documented, so far.
Curious to read from you,
best regards,
Lars
