Looking through the archives I wasn't able to find this conversation thread in about 7 years, so I might be using the wrong terminology-but we are looking to upgrade our gate counting equipment which is dying. We are based in a library so we are looking at slightly different equipment and uses, but I thought the museum vendors might also be worth considering-we are looking at Occuspace, Sensource and TrafSys-is anyone US based using these or any other products that they are happy or unhappy with?

We need overall in and out counts for the multiple buildings with multiple entries/exits, but we are also interested to know how often the galleries within spaces are used so some geo-location/heat map type devices could be worth considering. We also have one room with a guard who keeps count-which in 2015 sounded like was normal procedure for many institutions!

    Thank you for any thoughts.

    Hi Meg:

We used them at our venue and within our exhibitions.  I am happy to share our experience if you want to phone me.
