Hello,
We received this children's chair from a 100+ year old kindergarten school in our area. After cleaning the chair, I noticed brown spots in the paint that appear to be mold, some of which looks like it has been painted over. What's the best way to deal with this? I've attached photos so that you have an idea of what I'm seeing.
