Output issues with the latest AAM General Facility Report form

    Dear Colleagues:

I am working with the staff of a small New England museum to complete the newest edition of AAM's GFR form/questionnaire for their changing gallery space and I would be grateful for any advice you all might share regarding output issues I'm having.

My problem concerns those form fields where the text of our answers runs over one line. Clicking on such fields in the dynamic PDF does reveal the "overflow" text, but this text does not appear when the GFR is either printed to hard copy or exported as a standard PDF. Instead, only the first line of those answers appears with a static and entirely useless "+" icon at the end of the line to indicate that more (inaccessible) text is in the original.

I've spent a great deal of time fiddling around with the more obscure Acrobat Pro settings to fix this glitch--with no solution in sight. Surely AAM intends the GFR to be capable of being printed/output to regular PDF with all of the text for each questionnaire answer shown? Thanks to all in advance for any solutions you might provide!
