Great question, Jill! This program is designed to be audience-centered, so the agenda/schedule of meeting topics will be built based on the specific needs to those participating in the program. Participants will complete a questionnaire to gauge what aspects of leadership development will be most relevant to them and their circumstances. But I can share that based on my experience working with museum leaders as a coach, consultant and author (I have a book forthcoming through AAM on leadership in museums), there are common topics that emerge: building self-awareness, strengthening relationships (navigating up, down and side to side), communication skills, handling conflict productively, giving and receiving feedback, developing strategic thinking, influence and advocacy, handling stress and build resilience, to name a few :) Happy to hop on a call to discuss in more detail if that would be helpful.

I'm excited to introduce Leaders Circle, a roundtable for museum and culture leaders. This monthly group coaching cohort is designed for senior and mid-level leaders across the cultural sector who are looking for a space for facilitated honest conversation, reflective practice, and the practical leadership skills needed to navigate complex teams and organizations. Each month, the cohort gathers for a facilitated, interactive session that blends practical leadership tools with open, generative dialogue. Participants bring real challenges and opportunities from their work, experiment with coaching techniques, and receive supportive feedback from peers. Participants will strengthen their communication, deepen their self-awareness, and build resilience-all while connecting with peers who understand the realities of museum and culture work.
Whether you supervise a team, manage cross-departmental projects, or are preparing for greater leadership responsibility, this program will help you grow with authenticity and purpose. Make 2026 the year you focus on your leadership development!
Monthly meetings: Third Wednesday of each month, January-June, 12-1:15pmEST (first session January 21)
Spots are limited, so if you're ready to grow your leadership and be part of a supportive community, register today. Register by December 21 using code Roundtable for $75 off registration.
