    I am unable to successfully complete membership username and password on the ink you  sent to renew my membership... As a result, I have called twice to do this over the phone, and left messages but have not heard back so far.  Waiting to hear from you.

    You have my  sympathies I had that problem in the past. I found that emailing seems to get a response sooner than a call. I know it can be fixed.
