Hello!
My name is alia carter, and I work for the IDEAL Center at the Science Museum of Minnesota. The IDEAL Center is recruiting for our second cohort for MUSE (Museums in the Upper Midwest Strategizing for Equity). This program, funded by the Institute of Museum and Library Services, is designed to convene a regional community of practice for small to mid-sized museums in the Upper Midwest.
We have open seats for Cohort 2, which begins in October. And I would like to personally invite your institution to apply!
I have attached a one-page PDF of the program, which includes a program overview, application information, and Cohort 1 participant quotes and a one-page PDF of evaluation highlights from Cohort 1.
Participants from Cohort 1 include Minnesota institutions: American Swedish Institute, Duluth Children's Museum, Headwaters Science Center, Minnesota Museum of American Art, and The Pavek Museum as well as the Cable Natural History Museum in Cable, Wisconsin.
