Hello,
I am seeking advice on any resources for a problematic
Preservatech microclimate generator. It has been problematic since our museum opened in 2014 and at this point, we have to replace the water pump every 3-4 months on average.
Has anyone had similar experiences that were eventually able to be resolved and/or any resources for service technicians on the east coast?
