We're in the early stages of building out a membership loyalty/rewards program through MembershipAnywhere (we already use them for digital cards and are hoping to add the rewards program this Fall).
Does anyone have an existing loyalty/rewards program they'd be willing to share details from (doesn't have to be through MembershipAnywhere)? We've had some brainstorming meetings and have general ideas of what we'd like to include, but I'd love to see some examples of how other museums have their point values for both earning points and redemption of rewards.
