Dear Colleague,
We (David Bowles, Rachel Ropeik, and Rebecca Shulman) are a team of management, training, and team building experts with a combined 57 years of experience in and beyond museums (we embrace our age, and we also learn new things every day). We've spent the last six months building strategies and workshops to foster strong communication and inclusive management.
This training focuses on the interpersonal aspects of excellent management:

helping managers ask the right questions and listen actively to what they hear;

understanding when and how to be transparent, and how to address sticky situations;

communicating across difference in a radically shifting world;

creating a culture that fosters investment in your shared work and inspires everyone to do their best;

finding ways to acknowledge, energize, and revitalize each other.
As we launch this new set of training opportunities, we'd love to have your input.
