We (David Bowles, Rachel Ropeik, and Rebecca Shulman) have spent the last six months building strategies and workshops to foster strong communication and inclusive management. This training focuses on the interpersonal aspects of excellent management:
helping managers ask the right questions and listen actively to what they hear;
understanding when and how to be transparent, and how to address sticky situations;
communicating across difference in a radically shifting world;
creating a culture that fosters investment in your shared work and inspires everyone to do their best;
finding ways to acknowledge, energize, and revitalize each other.
As we launch this new set of training opportunities, we'd love to have your input.
We've created a short survey (5 minutes or less) to capture the current state of management training. We hope you'll help us by
