    Do anyone have a sample licensing agreement they've used to produce museum merchandise with an image that belongs to an artist (living and in the collection, or affiliated with the museum)? Looking for a starting point. Thank you!

    Hi Sarah, 

    This is a great question and I can't wait to see what other folks offer. While not exactly what you are looking for, the National Museum of African American History & Culture has posted a copyright license on its website that might be a good place to start. You might check with them for a standard licensing agreement they'd be willing to share.

    They aren't exactly mine to offer, but The Graphic Artists Guild has downloadable Artist Licensing forms (long and short versions) that might be exactly what you are looking for. They are pretty boilerplate templates with fill in the blank details. Hope that helps.
