Do museum facility managers know how to extract more value from Facility Condition Assessments: what information is most important to collect, how to interpret results in a museum context, and how to integrate findings into day-to-day operations and capital project planning?
Todd Mayher, AIA, an architect and project manager at DLR Group, will share a Pro Football Hall of Fame case study, where an assessment of the architectural, MEP, and structural systems evaluated whether the existing building could incorporate modernization projects and, if not, what upgrades would be necessary to do so. Todd will also share how Pro Football's FCA helped them stay on track, inform capital projects, and impact scope adjustments.
Join us to share your perspectives and hear how other cultural facility managers are addressing these challenges. All cultural staff and business partners are welcome to participate. You are welcome to share this invite with others in the community.
We'd love your input! Please take a few minutes to complete the shared practice survey on this topic. Once completed, you will be redirected to a page with the meeting invite link. You will also receive a copy of the survey results.
