LAST CALL: Take the Field Wide Survey for Academic Museums Today

    Dear colleagues!

Thank you so much to those that have already submitted their information to our FIRST EVER field wide survey for academic museums. We are trying to gather as much input as possible in order to make this a robust study. Therefore, we are extending the deadline for submission one last time to *FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2022*. If you've already completed your survey, please help us spread the word and encourage colleagues everywhere to submit.

Academic museums have to demonstrate our value in different ways than most museums and academic departments. But the data we sorely need just doesn't currently exist.

    This is going to change.

Thanks to a grant from the Samuel H. Kress Foundation, AAMG is working with Wilkening Consulting to field research just for academic museums.

But we need *YOUR* help to make sure this first round of data collection is robust and can help all of us. Here's what you can do:

    Step 1: Go to aamg-us.org/survey2022/
Step 2: Click on the button for "Start your data collection now". The survey will take 15-20 min, TOPS; and you can download a copy of the questions beforehand to gather your responses first (
    https://survey.alchemer.com/s3/6797497/AAMG-Spring-2022-Organizational-Survey)
Step 3: Share the data collection link and encourage other academic museums in your area to participate. The more museums that participate, the more effective our infographics and peer comparisons will be to advocate for ourselves!
Step 4: Pat yourself on the back for helping yourself AND your colleagues in the field!
Step 5: Lookout for survey results coming Fall 2022!

*Please submit your data by end of day, FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 30, 2022.*

We can't wait to share the results with you later this fall.

    *Your friends at AAMG!*
