    We are looking to survey our lapsed members as to why they chose not to renew their membership. They will be checking off of a list, looking for some suggestions.

    Thinking like, financial reasons, didn't use enough, not enough offerings.

    If you are still planning to renew, you have four easy options:

    1)      Online at website.org

    2)      Visit the museum. The Admissions desk is happy to help with your renewal

    3)      Call 

    4)      Mail in the renewal form you received in the mail with your payment.

    Not renewing? Please help [[museum]] by sharing your experience with membership and why you are not renewing. [[museum]] is always looking for ways to make our membership program better and we'd love to hear from you!

    Karen and Erin,   I addition to these questions we also like to add a question about their future intentions re: rejoining again:

    What is the likelihood that you will become a member again?

    Very Likely

    Somewhat Likely

    Not sure

    Somewhat unlikely

    Very unlikely

    And then also perhaps:

    if you are likely to renew or rejoin, When do you think you will do so?

    Very soon

    sometime this year

    at the next exhibition

    not sure

    And then to add to the question of why you did not renew we also always add this answer option:

    I didn't realize my membership had lapsed
