The AAM Environment Climate Network is deeply invested in creating platforms for leading-edge discussion in the Museum industry can help propel and advance change to become more sustainable. To celebrate International Museums Day (coming up on May 3rd) we have speakers from the Guggenheim Museum and the Smithsonian to share advancements made in green practices and provide insight on developing a coordinated approach to garner institutional support and to increase impact. Institutions have large roles to play in climate leadership. Where is that in 2023? Come hear four well-informed players in the field that have given deep thoughts to the greening at an institutional level. How could a plan emerge from multiple stakeholders and what can we learn from the expertise from within the museum?
