    In this free MAP & Tell Conference session, Dr. Elizabeth Dickinson will share how to go beyond standard DEI techniques and offer a more nuanced and holistic educational analysis of culture. 

    Elizabeth will also lead a more in-depth workshop on this topic for the MAP Community in September, 2023. If you're interested in that workshop, consider attending this free session. We will give away a complimentary workshop ticket to one session attendee.

    This session is for anyone interested in the relationship between museum leadership (our community theme this winter/spring season) and DEI practices.To prepare, please read "The Failure of the DEI-Industrial Complex" by Lily Zheng.
