Not On My Bingo Card – Exploration of Leadership Strategies For Challenging Times
The expression "not on my bingo card" references the impact of unexpected and unanticipated events that disrupt plans for individuals and institutions. In our recent sociopolitical climate more institutions are encountering these disruptive events. African American and culturally specific institutions are facing existential challenges, a unique set of challenges that threaten the continued existence of their institutions. This session explores leadership strategies for navigating this moment.
